They did a 57 page report of the entire building which I took to LnI in Philadelphia with architectural drawings to get a make safe permit. The LnI staff explained the report and prints could not be used because it has things not pertaining to the violation. I explained this to these people ans my architect. My architect got me updated drawings and these people at Magda especially someone name Chris are so arrogant telling me I undercut them because I used another company to do the drawings and his report is well done. They are so unprofessional and shouldn't be used. I spent $1300 and still can't get them to update the report so I can get the permit. Now I have to spend another $750 for a new report that only focuses on the violation. Waste of time and money....a horror show.
