He did a spectacular job and sold the home quickly and for more than we expected (based on comparable recent sales looked up on Redfin). My mother had just turned 90, and finally realized she shouldn't be living on her own anymore. She decided to move in with my sister and I volunteered to manage selling her home. Since I live about an hour's drive north of San Jose I decided to use Yelp to find a local agent. I set up interviews with the top three rated agents from Yelp and met all three at my mother's home. While all three agents seemed very competent and suggested listing prices within a few thousand dollars of each other, Dan stood out. In part because he showed up with his photographer, stager, and handy man, all ready to hit the ground running to help us get the house on the market. He also had another agent from his office, Jennifer Marley, who had extensive experience in our particular neighborhood. Dan has terrific resources. My mother's home was over 35 years old and had never been remodeled. We didn't want to spend a lot of money but it needed to be "refreshed" to show well. Dan's team help clear the place out, make all the necessary repairs that turned up in a home inspection, replace the carpeting and flooring, repaint the entire interior and do some exterior retouching as well, all inside 2 weeks! Total cost was less than $20K. I think we more than doubled this investment in the increased sales price of the home. Admittedly it was a hot market, but still, Dan held two open houses on the first weekend, had 5 offers lined up by the following Tuesday discussed the pros and cons of each offer with us and we ended up selling the home for substantially over the list price and closed in less than 30 days. Does it get any better than that? As I said at the top, I don't think you could find a more honest, competent, and professional agent. Dan has a "can do" attitude and is a pleasure to work with.

It was great to see that we could do the majority online and not have to go into offices, etc. It was very convinient and efficient. Also, Dan was great about contacting us for anything else that was required/necessary via text. The entire process from start of escrow to close was very quick. On the final day of signoff, Dan was promptly there with my mother and I and was apart of all the final closure process. I would recommend Dan anytime to others going through a home sell process. Lastly, Dan also provided great references, as I have a Condo that required some fixes. Dan put me in touch with his Flooring referral who is currently doing my bathroom floors and then that referral put me in touch with a Handyman who just did a Shower door install for me today. All coordnation occurred within a couple days timeframe.....without Dan's assistance, it would have really been a challenge to find quality Installers in such a short timeframe.
