Once my property went into escrow it was discovered there was a lien from 1998 due to a lender/broker not removing it when he sold the loan. Obviously the lien had been paid as the home had been refinance a couple of time, but I needed to track the lender down as he was still needed to sign off on the lien, but to no avail. Amy not only tracked the company and owner down, but also put together a timeline of everything that took place and with whom in a nice report I could take to the California Department of Housing (HCD) and get the lien cleared.
