I called to see if they(the nurse practioners) would be able to get me in on same day appts or should I find another physician, oh no said the receptionist, we will be able to accommodate you. Well I should of known there was going to be some issues is when I received a phone call in June regarding my upcoming appt, only a couple days away, they asked if they could push my appt out since I didn't have any urgent conditions and kept myself under control, okay fine. Started another job, and I had to reschedule my appt, I asked to be scheduled with for a later timeslot, they didn't have what I want, so they asked to call me back, they called back said they still couldn't and I told them I couldn't miss work, being so new, or do I need to go elsewhere, they got me in at a later time slot, well I had to go to the ER for a unexpected event. They er sent the practitioner my notes, they called me up and told me that the nurse practitioner thinks I would be better suited to see a physician, well you knew this before, but anyway they said do you still want to keep the next appt, I said no I will find another physician. This wasn't about my medical conditions, it was about they didn't want to stay late for an appt. Shame on you. All of this could of been avoided before And I have spoken to others and they have done similar things to them as well.
