I provided the model and specs on my bike (from Bike Max website), then spent way too much on brake…read morepads that don't even fit. The two people that helped me were nice but overly confident of the fit (they both insisted it was the right set, it wasn't). I offered to bring the bike in and they said it wasn't necessary. expensive + bad/wrong advice = won't go there again
