Safe, professional, reliable, and the final cost matched the original quote exactly -- no surprises. Highly recommend. What impressed us most was that Steven is a true arborist, not just a guy with a chainsaw. With several varieties of tree on our property, he explained the proper way to care for each one, since some required a very different approach than others. For example, our three ash trees: they were struggling with a beetle infestation. One was too far gone to save, but Steven treated the other two, cut out the dead limbs, and shaped them up nicely -- giving them a real shot at recovery. Our oak trees needed help after being butchered by the utility company. These trees sit near overhead power lines, and shortly before Steven arrived, the utility crew had come through and cut limbs only halfway -- in a way that would have killed them and left the trees dangerously off-balance. Steven cleaned up the whole mess. He cut everything properly, shaped the trees so they look great again, and rebalanced them to lessen the chance of them blowing over. Steven recommended we contract by the day, explaining it would be the most cost-effective way to get everything taken care of, and he was right. He and his crew showed up when they said they would and got done what they planned to each day. They also cleaned up after themselves every day, never cutting more than they could clear before they left. We'll absolutely be calling Steven again when our trees are ready for another trim. They also do landscaping, and after the job they did for us, that's a conversation we're looking forward to having.

It has now been a year since Zack Cuccinelli promised that he could make my yard to look like…read moreparadise in a week or 10 days. He was to tier a flower bed on one side of the house, build a wall across the back of my property, and bring in top soil and plant grass. The wall and the tier were to be made with railroad ties. He built a wall that is leaning and every professional says will not stand. He covered my yard with fill dirt (clay). He returned half the the railroad ties and kept the money. I had paid for them along with giving him several thousand dollars up front. He started this job April 2024 and strung me along until October with promises and excuses. He walked off the job in October 2024 when I tried to get him to get the remain railroad ties off my neighbors property which he had put there in July without asking permission (he had told the neighbors about them afterwards and said they would only be there a couple of days). They are still there. I don't know how good a job he does elsewhere, but I haven't seen any good work from him. I lost a lot of money and time on him. By the time Zack left, I had to wait until this spring get the mess he left fixed. If you have any yard work and if it is a big job, I would advise you to look elsewhere. If it's a small job, I don't know what to tell you because I haven't seen any thing good from him yet. I gave him one star because there wasn't any thing lower. My yard is in much worse shape the when he got a hold of it.

All three removal sites were smoothed out with a rake and any track marks made by the equipment were also raked out. I will certainly utilize there services again.
