Explained everything very thorough, to the point so you can understand. He wasn't rushed like other doctors and made you feel absolutely relaxed. His bedside manners are absolutely amazing. I have my follow up test to get done as well as my next visit already scheduled. The ladies at the front desk were professional and booked all your follow up appointments with no issues. I wish other doctors were as good as Dr Kevin Woods. This practice does have an urgent care facility that are in office as well.

From beginning to end mike has been gotten the bums rush and it continues through yesterday when we…read morewent back for a Pet Stress Test. We barely got there didn't even sit and they came for him and rushed him inside before I could even say goodbye or ask any questions and when he came out soem45 minutes later it was alone carrying a cup of coffee which he wasn't suppose to even have because of urinary problems. they said it was coffee or tea only and they didn't walk him out or tell us what restrictions or side effects. They said they would call in a couple days with the results. Cardiology never even spoke with me after his cardioversion and we are not taking the results over the phone. This is a very expensive and crucial test they act like it was a routine visit. Mike went to AMCH over the holiday weekend and was starved dehydrated and sent home twice probably by cardiology with patient safety issues which resulted in urinary retention. His insurance Aetna had APPROVED him for the entire holiday weekend so all this stands out. They created problems he didn't have by neglect and when this test result is resolved we are going to St. Peters if needed as people in their waiting room suggested.

I feel he is the best urologist I could ever find. Unfortunately the office operation is the worst most disorganized system you can imagine. You cannot leave a message for the Doctor directly. Twice this past 6 months I have left messages on the nurse call back option and no return calls and no response on the patience portal. During the 1st bad experience at the end of all the options, you could reach a person in the reception area which a did and after 5 days of no response. Today the option does not exist, I had to press the number for a hospital or doctors line to speak to a live person which I did after 4 days of no response to both my voice message and patient portal. I their effort to save money they have taken a great doctor/patient relationship to the lowest level of health service. Robert S.

You can never get in on a same day emergency visit when needed. There's little to no follow up. And I have to call twice almost always on calls/messages I leave. I know all doom and gloom, but otherwise the majority of staff itself is very friendly and pleasant. Corporate rules and guidelines are the trouble here.
