Ac/heater unit was making loud ticking noise all night long, too late too tired to complain especially with a 8 month old baby. Couldn't really/sleep at all. Told stuff the next day about the issue, they did nothing about it. An associate said all ac/heater units made noise and always get complains about it like it was nothing. Not acceptable. Shuttle was free going to the hotel from the airport but going back to the airport we were charged a fee, how convenient!!
