She did give me advanced notice but I have never had someone change an appointment on me. I was leaving for a 2 week long hike, which means I could not exfoliate. Usually, I would have no problem with a change of appointment but anything that worked for me was unavailable. The waxing was pretty gentle and she did a great job of getting all the hair. My little strip looked horrible though. It was uneven and I am not happy with how it looked. I purchased a groupon so I suppose you get what you pay for.
