(Just BLT, ketchup, and cheese ok?) (its yummy) I get a side of fries and my drink, while my partner gets 6 piece chicken nuggets and fries. we wait And we wait.. about idk 15 minutes? Is this fast food? We finally get our food, sit down, open it all up and amazing! They got all my instructions right, expect a blt has bacon in it (yk thats what the B stands for?) They didnt give me bacon. If i wanted a regular burger I would have selected for a quarter pounder which is significantly cheaper than the blt version. Now my partner payed for our order (how sweet) and therefore for bacon, so obviously they go up and explain the issue (i get nervous complaining like that too a minimum wage worker so they volunteered.) The worker is oblivious and doesn't understand the problem - although I think it's pretty clear - just give me my bacon? I wish you could comprehend how long it took for me to get my dang bacon - it was honestly depressing. Food was cold because of how slow they are, and we had to do a scavenger hunt for our paid for bacon. also they just renovated and it sucks, the layout is terrible, missing the old style :(

The fries are easily some of the best--perfectly cooked and always generous with portions. What really stands out is the consistency and the service. The staff are friendly, quick, and keep things moving even when it's busy. You can tell they care about getting orders right and making sure customers leave happy. If you're looking for a solid, no-nonsense burger spot that delivers every time, this place absolutely nails it.

The times I went, it wasn't super busy, so the fries were always freshly made. They give generous portions of sauce (yay!) The taste is exactly what I expect from the chain. The only thing that makes ne withhold the 5th star is that the staff likes to talk to each other about personal matters (i.e. Drama with other people) while serving us. It's not a big problem for me, since it didn't affect the quality of the food or anything, but I did feel like it lessened the professionalism of the place.
