The rep, I couldn't understand her name (I think they do this on purpose) was so nasty! I nicely said, "I would like to speak to someone about a claim" and her response, "Well, your speaking to someone"... WHAT?! OMG never in my life! Then she continues to treat me like I'm the idiot here. Normally an insurance rep would ask the questions, like are you a provider or patient, what is the date of service, blah blah blah. She expected me to just blurt out everything and I didn't even know which information she wanted first. I am apalled that they allow their employees to speak to people this way! I have been in customer service over 15 years and have never and never will speak to anyone the way she spoke to me! I see someone else posted something about the manager Barbara Miller, and I left her a message on her VM. If she lets her employees act this way, I can only imagine how friendly she must be....her voicemail recording tells me she probably is not on Santa's nice list either!
