We came up with a reasonable asking price and after that, they took care of everything. My place was under contract within 10 days and I got $10k above asking. I hardly had to do anything. Stacey was present for all of the inspections and viewings. Rommy assured me that they would be present for every showing. That is important because some irresponsible realtors will leave lights on and water running (I've seen it happen!) and they don't care because they're not the ones paying for the utilities. They have docusign, so I didn't have to fax or mail hardly anything. Most of the transactions were handled via email. Stacey was good at explaining all of the legal mumbo jumbo and documents that I encountered. She is very smart and has an advanced degree. Overall, real estate transactions can be extremely frustrating and annoying, a true test of patience. I'm glad I chose Stacey and Rommy because unlike the characters that are omnipresent in real estate, they are real human beings who are not desperate to make sales. They didn't pressure me into doing anything. If I asked for an opinion, I got one but the final decision was left up to me. They never once tried to coerce me or belittle me. If I could have, I would have bought my next place through them but unfortunately I moved out of town and met a real piece of work who pressured me every step of the way...
