I can't say enough about The Australian Hotel to do it justice…read more We held our pre-wedding Welcome drinks here last Friday and ordered their party platters also. The food was incredible. They had a great range of vegetarian options and a combination of fresh, cooked, and fried foods to suit all of our guests' tastes. They set up the top veranda for us with white table cloths, water jugs, chairs for the kids and elderly. The staff was on top of everything, taking drink orders so our guests didn't have to trek downstairs to the bar, and kept topping up the platters so we always had fresh food. They were attentive and ready to take orders without getting in the way. The hotel has been renovated recently and it shows. Everything was spotless, super clean including the bathrooms. If anyone is considering having a get together of any sort in Gympie I (& I know all of our guests would agree) highly recommend checking out The Australian Hotel.

I stayed a Noosa Valley Manor in August. What a beautiful bed and breakfast! Roberto and Renate,…read morethe owners, truly make you feel at home. Their gardens are splendid and Roberto makes a breakfast that's out of this world. Even though my friends weren't up for eggs benedict and this is a dish that's difficult to make for one person, Roberto surprised me with his fabulous eggs benedict on my last morning there. The eggs come from their own chickens that you can visit in their garden. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. They built a beautiful fire every night in the lovely living room. The home is decorated with an Asian theme and there is something beautiful to behold where ever you look. Roberto also gave us tips on some fabulous restaurants in Noosa. This place is a piece of Shangri-La. If you're visiting the Noosa area, Noosa Valley Manor is the place to stay. BTW, if you're Italian, Roberto speaks your language.

We had it to ourselves and it was just lovely, with a balcony (complete with grill and picnic table), wonderful linens, excellent king-size bed with loads of pillows, full kitchen, flat-screen TVs, etc. There is a small grocery market right across the street and a good Indian restaurant next door to the grocery. Debbie herself is a feisty lady with a great sense of humor. I highly recommend her establishment if you need a comfortable place to stay in this cute beach town.

We were able to walk everywhere - so many amazing restaurants within a short stroll. And the property was everything we needed and more. We booked a place for our family to stay and my sister's family was in the unit next door. How cool that our patios were next to each other and still within steps of the pool!!! It was enough privacy to have our own space, but still the perfect shared environment. The property felt safe and secure - you need keys to enter or exit from every point, including the beach walk, which is just steps from the pool. They have a gym which is minimal but still good enough. The path along the beach was amazing to run along, with breathtaking views once you start going in toward the national forest. They keep tons of towels in the gym for you to swap at any time which is lovely. Also tons of books and a few puzzles. They also have a TON of shared beach gear in the garage for anyone to use. We loved the umbrellas and chairs for the beach. We added a rugby/football which we purchased while there. The rooms were immaculate. Our unit had a washer and they provided drying racks as well as soap etc. Everything we needed for the kitchen was there, too. I love the ginger smell of the shampoo/conditioner products. Honestly, it was all just so so great. Would go back again in a heartbeat!!
This is my third stay over the last 1 1/2 yrs…read more It is my go to place for wellbeing and a peaceful getaway. There are fantastic facilities that are always clean, great service at reception and they are always helpful. They absolutely go above and beyond. It is close enough to Noosa to head the short distance in but far enough out to give that tranquil feel. There's a great pub within walking and fantastic coffee close by as well. I will be staying again many more times, thanks guys

Little Hastings has a delectable menu with flavours as exotic as the surroundings. The wine menu is acceptable but does reach the bounds of both low end and high end wines. Forget worrying about restaurants in Noosa when the best quality is at your hotel. Now back to the hotel - in Outrigger fashion, the rooms are well appointed. However, one major fault. There is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom. My bride and I love each other but there are some things we simply do not like to "share". Perhaps our room was a one-of-a-kind. Other than that, I highly recommend the place. Expensive but worth it.
