I made an appointment here to get a fingerprint card after finding this business on the maryland…read moregovernment's website of local fingerprinting services. You can make an appointment online at this location. This place is open Tues, Thurs for fingerprinting and a card costs $20 which you have to pay first online. It's located on monument street in a row house that is occupied by BITHGROUP technologies. When you walk up to 113 W monument, there will be a doormat that says bithgroup. Just ring the doorbell and tell them you are here for fingerprinting. A nice lady will come get you and take you down to the basement where the fingerprinting equipment is. The entire process takes about 10 minutes and I got 2 copies of my fingerprint card. Overall, this was an excellent experience. The appointment was easy to make and the staff was fast, professional, and knowledgable of the process. I would highly recommend this place if you ever need fingerprinting done.

When i arrived the door had a lit open sign and nothing to indicate that they were closed. Rather than apologize and ask me to please return Monday Ryan the owner proceeded to be argumentative about it being a holiday. The point is, if you're going to close fine. Just make that known clearly with signage. When confronted with complaints he has nothing but excuses rather than solutions. Totally unprofessional and terrible customer service. I don't know where or how I stumbled across Todd but probably because of reviews like these that gave me the confirmation to go ahead and contact him for his services and I hope this review can help someone else in the future too. I don't know Todd on a personal level and I am embarrassed to say I don't even know what Todd looks like. All our interactions have been via email or over the phone and I typically prefer face-to-face meetings but Todd was extremely easy to work with and very responsive that I did not even need to meet the guy! Overall Todd is an extremely professional, courteous, and astounding guy. He is easy to work with, reasonable, and will get to the bottom of your case. He is experienced and has a wealth of knowledge and knows what he is talking about. He will not give you a run around answer or blow you off by any means. If you ever need a real estate lawyer, Todd is your man! For those who need additional details, I reached out to Todd via email for an initial consultation to see if he could provide his services to help me with my home purchase in Baltimore City. Being a first-time homebuyer, there are many things you don't know and you can easily be taken advantage of if you are not cautious and you don't have someone supporting you. The real estate law in Maryland can be tough and the contracts can be over 50+ pages! So I contacted Todd and asked him a few things and he responded within a few hours the same day/night (in the wee hours of the morning mind you) even though he was just coming back from vacation. Todd responded that he could and would and asked me to forward him the contract, without a single request for payment. I being a reasonable person understand that lawyers are a dime a dozen and they are not free so I asked for his cost and he told me his rates and how many hours he typically bills. We went back and forth a few times over email and he answered all my questions and was completely honest and fair. He then asked me to send over my contract before I signed it and he would review it for me. He reviewed the contract within a day and not only did he do all of that and more, he did not even charge me a single penny! He told me everything in the contract was standard and his services were not required in my situation and gave me a few pointers to move forward. I kept Todd in my contacts and I consulted him once or twice more along the way. He gave me excellent recommendations for inspectors and insurance agents and I used them and they were fabulous and just as easy and professional to work with. A couple of weeks before closing, Todd even reached back out to me and asked if I needed anything further for my purchase. We spoke over the phone this one time, and he was extremely helpful and listened to everything I asked and gave me suggestions. At this point I was completely shocked and thanked Todd tremendously. Lawyers are not cheap by any means and many won't even respond without establishing an attorney-client relationship first. Todd took it upon himself to help me and close all the loops without expecting anything in return. In addition, I learned from Facebook that Todd is also a great community guy and willing to help the people in the neighborhood. Todd works with realtors and insurance agents to provide workshops and information sessions for interested buyers, which is extremely great for new and inexperienced buyers. I'm sure Todd gets plenty of clients and does not need my referral or anything, but I want people to know what to expect and what they will be dealing with, and that is a wonderful and honest guy who goes the extra mile. My brother and I had been separated 22 years ago. I had very limited information and a needed to find him as soon as possible. Our father had passed away in April the year prior and his last words with me were a request; a promise really. He begged me to find my brother and let him know he died a good and decent man. You see, my father had married once before my mother and his dear wife died in a car crash. The three children they shared were all in the back seat. Such a horrible thing to witness as an early tween. Back then, it was very uncommon for fathers to raise children when the wife was deceased. It was more common practice for the wife's family to raise the children with the involvement of the father. Sadly, the family moved away without informing my dad. He searched to no avail. Over the years there were intermittent moments of contact , just to lose touch again. In 1995, by happenstance, I connected with my brother (there were 2 sisters and 1 brother). We spent a few months writing to each other and one weekend camping with our children. His 5 children and my 3 children. My father was overjoyed to reconnect and speak to his son. Alas, once again, we lost touch. Time passed, I searched the web with the information I had to no avail. Once my father passed on, I was driven by a daughter's promise. So, after 19 years, a year old promise to my dad, I contacted Mr. Kaszak. We met at a Starbucks close to my home so that I would not be troubled by travel. I gave him my pathetic tidbits of information which he assured me were very valuable and that often, people think that what they know is nothing special when it is the essential missing pieces to the trained professional. I submitted payment and we parted company. Early the following morning, my phone rang, I was surprised it was Chris Kaszak. Surely, he needed more information or was going to tell me my case was as hopeless as I found it to be. Imagine my shock when he informed me that not only had he found my brother via my sister-in-law, he had spoken to my brother. Chris could not give me my brother's information, he has strict rules about honoring privacy, nor would he give my brother my information without my direct expressed permission. Of corse, I said, "Yes, please have him call me!" We hung up and within mere minutes, my phone rang, again I answered and this time the voice on the other end of the line belonged to my big brother. I was shocked! It took less than 24 hours! I had tried on my own for years. We spoke for hours and have been close from that day to this. Chris had a policy that if he found your loved one in a certain period of time, you received a portion of your money back. Just as, if it took longer than a set period in time, he would reluctantly have to request more funds...should he have to fly to an area and beat the pavement for his clients. In my case, he was to return money to me. Now, no one would have known how quickly or how slowly his search took for my brother. When I mentioned this to Mr. Kaszak his only reply was, "I would know." Due to his determination, kindness and dedication to truth, I refused the money owed to me. The gift of my brother and all the family I had missed out on was worth so much more. My family and I owe Brown, Kaszak and Associates the gift of making our family whole again. I will be forever in their debt. If you want professionalism that has a heart and dedication to honesty and privacy, this group of private investigators is the only one you can truly trust.
