I am on the younger side and also new to Maryland so the idea of anything car paperwork related stresses me out. All the ladies that worked here were outstanding and extremely knowledgeable. They answered all my questions very nicely no matter how trivial or obvious the answers seemed. Came here to transfer title & tags to MD. Very basic services provided. No veteran license plates - just standard MD. She only told me that after the process was complete. Speedy" isn't clearly defined. There was no wait when I came in - THAT was awesome! Five minutes after I sat down a second customer walked in and took a seat while finishing his phone call. Then he walked to the counter and began a personal conversation with the customer service rep. It lasted more than 15 min. No documents were exchanged-just a grocery bag. 30 min later she called me to the counter to review & sign paperwork. Its done. read more

The people who run this tag agency are incompetent and use systems that are totally outdated. Would not mail a refund check that was made out incorrectly or issue refund by crediting my card. Poor customer service and definitely not speedy. read more

I asked if I can use American Express Card, he said lemme try it see if it goes through or not, Fortunately the credit terminal accepted my card and we were in business, best place and very friend staff such as Mr James, I recommend people to give they place a try if they haven't do so yet! read more

Came to get tags for my new car. Because I don't have a Maryland driver's license they had to input a "Soundex" application. I came yesterday on Columbus Day and she said because it was a holiday, I should come back the next day but she input the order for the work to be done. I arrived 10 am the next day (they open at 9) and the document was not ready and hadn't been processed. I was told that it's processed by someone not in the office but that she would have it done soon. I've been waiting for 2 and half hours as it is now 12:30 and still counting. And mind you I can not leave because I do not have tags for my car. Not speedy at all. read more

Whew! Had to renew tags and get new vehicle services done on a Saturday - or take time off work ugh!! Went into Speedy Tag and Title in Laurel and Anthony and Scott worked side by side to take care of both cars at once -- both services done in under ten minutes. Total wait time zero minutes. For end of month and taking care of two cars ... Great experience and skipped the DMV!!! read more

Made three visits there attempting to register the car we just bought. Each time was a head ache due to their lack of clear information and detail on what we needed in order to get the plates. Each time we went they said we needed another document. Well why didn't they say this the first time. My husband even called before he went to ask if the document we had was the once they required and they said yes. Then he gets there and they said it's the wrong document.....don't make is waste our time and please train your employees to be clear in their communication and know what they are doing before wasting people's energy and time read more
