My niece wanted to come here to find something unique in rose quartz for her boyfriend for Valentine's Day. She was able to find him an interesting necklace, as well as a heart shaped stone, a chain to put the necklace on, and a nice bag to store them both in - all for a very reasonable price. They have many other items as well, including incense and essential oils. I had just recently stocked up on all the oils I need, but I will come back in the future to restock here as they have a nice selection. Also, they are Yelp friendly! I have been coming to this store since before I even lived in the Lawton area, so this was not my first visit or my first experience supporting this business. That history made what happened during this visit particularly disappointing. For the most part, the visit started out pleasantly. Two employees greeted me warmly while I browsed and asked if I needed assistance. I appreciated their kindness, and my daughter and I were enjoying choosing crystals together during her first visit to a spiritual store. Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager, Audrey, was very different. I had been browsing the oracle decks for approximately 15 minutes with my small backpack-style purse on me. Audrey came out of the back room near where I had been browsing, walked past me without saying anything, continued to the counter, and only after reaching the counter turned and loudly stated that backpacks were not allowed and that mine needed to be left behind the counter. That distinction matters to me. She had just walked directly past me and could have spoken to me personally and discreetly. Instead, she waited until she was at the counter to loudly announce the policy to me. I explained that it was my purse and that I could not leave it behind the counter because it contained something that needed to remain in my possession and for which the store could not assume responsibility. Rather than argue about the policy, I took my bag to my vehicle and returned to finish shopping. My issue is not the existence of a bag policy. Businesses are entitled to establish reasonable loss-prevention policies. My issue was the way Audrey chose to communicate it and how singled out and uncomfortable that made me feel, particularly after I had already been browsing for quite some time and had interacted pleasantly with two other employees without anyone mentioning my bag. Audrey's tone and decision to address me loudly from the counter rather than simply speaking to me when she walked past felt unnecessarily harsh and embarrassing. The interaction left me questioning why I was treated that way, including whether racial bias may have played a role. I cannot know her motivation, and I will not claim to know it. I can only speak to what occurred, the difference in how I was treated, and how the interaction made me feel. I chose not to allow that encounter to ruin the experience for my daughter. We purchased the crystals she had chosen, and before leaving I specifically thanked the employees who had been welcoming and kind to us. As someone who has supported this store since before I was even a local resident, this is not a review I expected to be writing. I support small businesses and enjoy supporting spiritual and metaphysical shops, but a policy can be enforced without making a customer feel publicly singled out or unwelcome. Unfortunately, because of my interaction with Audrey, I will purchase future decks and supplies elsewhere. read more

This spot is heaven to me. Everything is well organized and so much to offer. The prices are not bad . I like the atmosphere and the lady's are nice . I only had one incident when the guy worker mad me uncomfortable and kept following us around like if we were gonna steal . But I haven't seen him around since. I came all the way from oklahoma city to go to medicine park, I was asking around if there was a crystal shop around and I was recommended this one. As a crystal lover I was EXTREMELY excited. My sister, mom and I walk in and mind you it's 25 min before closing, yes we should've came earlier but it is what it is. Anyways walk in and we didn't get a "welcome in", "hi", etc. We got a "so we're closing early and if you're browsing just don't think about it but if there is something you're looking for grab and take it to register." ABSOLUTELY RUDE could've said it 100% nicer. Sorry but not sorry, definitely not getting my business ever which is sad considering i love supporting small businesses especially crystal shops. read more

This is such a great store. It's awesome. Mary is the owner. They have many things a metaphysical practitioner would love. They have many types of incense. They have rocks and crystals. They have a large variety of books. They have jewelry. Well honestly, they just have so much to please the shopper. They are planning a Inbolc ceremony. This was a fun shop, but they didn't have a wide variety of items. The staff was friendly and helpful though. It's a little difficult to find as the GPS directed us to the location across the street. Once I called I found out it was across the street in the back of the building. I don't think I would have found it without calling. read more

Every time I visit Lawton I make it a point to stop by. Friendly staff, walk you through the crystal choosing process if you're new to it, and remember your name and things you chat with them about. I found this place on Facebook while living in California. I made it a point go go there when I visited Lawton. I must say I was pleasantly overjoyed by this beautiful shop. Everything was so organized and lovely. The minute I walked in I truly loved the energy and peacefulness that I felt. Christine greeted me with a warm inviting hello. We chatted a bit and Inge came by as well to chat. They have a wonderful selection of spiritualy related items at a great price. I was so happy to be able to come here and be so warmly welcomed. While I was living in lawton, of course I went out and explored daily. When I discovered curious goods It was as if I was a little girl in disney world. Curious goods is a hidden gem in Lawton. This store, as well as the beautiful whichita mountains, were my havens when I lived in Oklahoma. I was shocked to have found a metaphysical shop and they had such awesome items. I would go there for fresh tea and herbs (their collection is perfection), I would buy gifts for loved ones, buy crystals, home decor, jewelry. Everyone that works here is extremely friendly and they even offer classes for many different exciting things!One of my favorite places in lawton:) read more
