We hired Mas cleaning for a moving day deep clean of the apartment we were moving into. They arrived unprepared. No cleaning supplies, no masks, no gloves. The had a can of Febreze and a vacuum cleaner with a full bag of dirt. They didn't know how to empty the vacuum, so we had to do it for them and change the bag. When offered cleaning supplies, they refused to clean the walls or baseboards, complaining that "It's too much work and I don't feel like cleaning it". This was definitely a moving day scam. If you decide to go with this company, take note: Kick them out if they don't come prepared, supervise the cleaning, and tell them exactly what needs to get done before they start. read more

Extremely disappointed. I spent 1.5 hours cleaning areas that they were supposed to clean. I was recommended the post-construction cleaning because we just had our bathroom renovated; it was priced at $250 + $50 for each additional hour. Absolutely nothing related to the construction was cleaned. It was a very expensive general light cleaning. I had to go back to clean the light fixtures in and around the bathroom that were full of dust and cobwebs, the bathroom tiles were only cleaned near the bottom half of the shower, the window screen in the said bathroom was still covered in plaster dust... The list goes on. When I reported this to the contact person, they said that I should have said something. No apologies or offer to correct the poor work. I will unfortunately not be going back to this company for any cleaning needs. I do not recommend!! read more

I am sorry to have to write that this cleaning service is not what is advertised! They came to our home, one of the workers did not speak English and everything had to be translated for her by her co worker, who could understand a bit. They were late in arriving and finished in 2 hours. They did not dust everywhere and asked if they could use my mop I thought that they came with everything, they did not clean the kitchen very well, a spider web in one room was still there when they left. Was I pleased, no, will I ever use them again no and the owner who I dealt with never even called to see if we were pleased, or how things went. I payed the workers, even though I did not want to, but for me, it was a lesson well learned. Next time I have any dealings I will never pay the workers again directly but pay the company. taken for a ride, $125. For a job poorly done it was throwing my money out. read more

There was visible dirt on kitchen cabinet handles, grime in the sink, the bathroom shower was dirty, and the floors were so filthy my feet turned black after walking on them. They clearly did not clean the floors at all and skipped entire areas of the home. Even worse, they used the wrong cleaning products, which left surfaces looking dull and still dirty. When I asked them to come back and fix it, they showed up argumentative and defensive, claiming they had done everything properly. When I pointed out the dirt, they just shrugged. This company is unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely lacking in accountability. If you want your home actually clean--and to be treated with basic courtesy--DO NOT CALL THEM!
