Masala Zone, when I have not been in to see you after awhile you start to haunt my dreams. I love your grand thalis. Yes, you're a chain and that's kind of icky, but your food is just so good and consistent and your restaurant so clean and reliable. This location is far less busy than the Covent Garden location which is very nice although you loose a point for having so many families with children there. I am starting to think you need a "family section" because when we request to not be seated near children, we always have to wait as they seem to be everywhere. Nothing kills your appetite faster than a child toddling up to your table like they belong there. Maybe ask their parents to keep them at their own tables? Otherwise, your curries are just sooooo good!

I've been in London for ten days for my first time and been constantly getting sick. This place has been a haven for me on this trip. Food is fresh, aesthetically pleasing, and soooooooooo good. Great place. Customer service is top notch as well. Prescil was my server both times. She is so smiley and welcoming. This place is quality. The most artistic and fast Indian place I've ever been to. What I ordered: Vegetable Samosa Veggie thali Chai and mango lassi

This was the main course. Prawns in red curry! It's only 4oz but you have lots of sides. Very filling.

We stopped into Masala Zone kinda late. Ok probably 40min from closing time, and the Manager was a very nice gentleman and welcomed us from the start. The inside of this place is just stunning and the food followed with amazing flavors. I would love to tell you what we ordered but not sure how to spell it. It was recommendation from waitress for the starter. Which was a street food they said. Recommendations for main course (prawns in a curry w/ lots of sides (big dish)) was from Manager or could of even been the owner the way he represented the restaurant and knowledge of the food.

Simply outstanding !!! Wow , the variety of flavors and quantity. A definitive visit if you are in London

The interiors were beautiful, ethnic and glittery. The service was good. They checked for last round of orders and dessert towards the end. The biryani tasted slightly sour/tangy and the ingredients were slightly different from what I was expecting. Lots of pomegranate on top. The fried brinjal on top was not impressive either. It tasted just okay. Daal was good.

Visiting my friend in Bayswater and she took me there. The place was recommented by her Indian flatmate. Easy to spot location and welcoming interior. Modern, spacious and brightly lit by the sunnday day. Super clean and efficient service. We ordered a chicken Thaili,a lamb Thaili and some African Chow Chana burger. Nice potion for ladies and lovely combination of sauces and dip :))) Reasonably priced for the area. Would definitely recommend that :)

The food and service was excellent. The prices are very reasonable and servings generous and venue very clean. I would highly recommend this resturant. Just remember food is a little on the spicy side.

A solid 4* for Masala Zone. The place itself is decorated nicely, light and open, plenty of space between tables and has a small open kitchen. The menu isn't huge but has the awesome Thali along with a choice of 8ish curries, some sharing starters and biryanis. My friend and I both went for a Thali, which for £14 max includes a 4oz curry, 2 vegetable sides, a lentil side, 2 chapatis or rice, a popadom and chutneys. I love Thalis! It means you get to try lots of different dishes but without ordering crazy amounts of food. The lamb rogan josh was good (spicy, full of flavour), the potato curry was ok but my favourite was the broccoli curry which was delicious! The lentil curry was a bit watery and bland and the chapatis a little cold but everything else was piping hot and all the food was good except the chapatis. What made it a lovely meal out apaaaart from the feast of delicious food was the service. The waitress was so friendly, happy and attentive (continually filling up my water - I'm not so good with spice!). You are able to reserve tables which in this day and age in central London is a miracle and they also do takeaway - pick up or delivery through some of the apps. This is also a bit cheaper than the eat in menu along with no tip! I've been looking for a good Indian takeaway in my area for so long and now I've found it - gone are the days of watery or oily Friday night 'curries'!

If you are looking for authentic Indian taste...and not the Bangladeshi version of Indian dishes, then this is the place to go to.

I always get the grand thali (almost like a pick n mix curry type of thing) but to be honest it's more than I can humanly eat.

The Warwick Arms has a quirky decor and charming ambiance. It's a typical British pub, and although it has a section of the menu devoted to British pub classics, the majority of the menu is dedicated to Indian cuisine. I'm not sure if there are other pubs in London serving Indian food, but it is the perfect combination! We sampled many dishes during our 2 visits here, including chicken tikka masala, chicken korma, saag paneer, vegetable biryani, basmati rice, and garlic and cilantro naan. Everything was absolute perfection. There wasn't a single bite of food that we didn't love. The Pimm's and Lemonade was a delightful and refreshing discovery for us. We enjoyed glasses of it our first night, and then on our final night when we returned with a larger group we split a pitcher. Our server was polite and friendly on both occasions. I was honestly unsure before visiting the Warwick Arms because although the reviews online are fantastic their website is minimal and doesn't even publish their menu, but I am so glad we stopped by. I would 100% recommend the Warwick Arms to anyone visiting London, especially if you are staying in the Kensington area.
