Mallory the bank teller led me on a wild goose chase. My mother passed away, left the key to a…read morelockbox. I show up with the key and Mallory tells me i need a death certificate. I come back later with a death certificate and she tells me I need to petition the probate court to get access to the lock box, even though I am the executor of the will, have the key and my Moms death certificate. As a result of Mallory not knowing her business, I wasted a day while mourning, running around and accomplished nothing, while being no closer to knowing if the lockbox contains information on my Moms burial wishes. As a 20 year customer of citizens bank, I am extremely disappointed that the bank would employ someone with no knowledge, say nothing about her cold and careless delivery.

Was told the account was purged from their system?? A request to send the information to the Executor has been ignored despite providing them with a death certificate and Probate Court Notice of Appointment of Executor. I'd love to understand what is going on.
