The woman I spoke to on the phone was so friendly that it actually made me want to come in. When I got there, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They took the time to show me different Jane Iredale products, test out shades on me, and even let me step outside with a mirror to see how everything looked in natural lighting, which I really appreciated. I ended up leaving with the perfect foundation and a powder SPF in the best shade. They also shared some great promotions they had going on. Honestly, such a great experience from start to finish. The one thing she found that she liked wasn't in stock and would have to be ordered, so she couldn't use her coupon on that. So she found something else to buy that she didn't like as much. With the confusion of all of this she forgot to give the coupon until the end. But Crystal knew she had a coupon because she told her she couldn't use it on a delivery order and didn't ask about it. When my daughter asked if she could use it, because that's the whole reason she came today- it expires... Crystal told her it's too late to use it. When my daughter came out and told me what happened, I walked her right back in and asked Crystal why she couldn't return this item and repurchase it with the coupon because that's the whole reason we came in?! Crystal said she didn't know if we could return it because we just bought it. Crystal: of course you can return something just purchased to correct a mistake. I know this. You know this.
