He was curt in his emails, seemed to have blamed others (expeditor) for time lags and in general treated my 78yr old mother as a nuisance. The final closing statement he gave her was hand written, covered with white-out and a general big mess, which didn't make any sense. When asked for a more legible copy with more detail, he said it could be up two weeks. It was just spiteful. Did receive a legible copy within two-three days, but again no detail... just a typed up copy of what I already had and still no detail or explanations to my questions. This guy is arrogant. Treats senior FEMALES poorly and charges top dollar.
