Here is a good one for you. here is an issue I have with Dave the rental manager of the Masonic Temple. I rented the temple on December 25th for my family to celebrate Christmas. upon showing up that day the build was a complete disaster. So i reached out to Bob (the guy who set up my rental time) who informed me he would return my money due to the condition and having to sweep and mop the floors. After being avoided for 3 weeks I get a text message (not a phone call) telling me there will be no refund and that I should reach out to Dave to talk about the matter after being rudely talked to, advised that at the member rate the room was not to be cleaned prior, and than hung up on. I"m more than okay with that if the room looked as if it was used within the last few days. Seeing how Bob showed up to the building and told me in person he would refund my money due to the room having gum and other stuff stuck to the floor and that it had not properly been cleaned in several weeks I personally had to mop both the dinning hull, the lobby, and the staircase. Being prior Demolay and seeing the way the building was kept back then and have reached out several times about joining the Masonic Lodge. Only to be ignored and blow off. It is a great let down to have grown up seeing the building falling apart and that the lodge has gone to shit. read more
