Tyrone Davis/Reliable services is not Reliable..He will not fix our turf he put down July 2025…read more this year ..there are seams all over yard posting pictures.. we refused to pay the balance until he replaced pr properly fixed all the seams. So what does he do puts a lien on our property all we asked him to do was honor his one year warranty especially considering it had just been put down ..hes a nice guy as long as its going his way but when you question his work he refuses to fix the mohawk seams all over the yard where turf was laid .He didn't use seam tape as he told us on our first meeting 3 things to make turf look real. Seamtape,glue and staples.. he refused to use seamtape and now we have a mess in our yard !

Since my entire yard was pure sand, I didn't know how grass was going to grow. But, I have the most beautiful, luscious grass now! Mr. Davis came back out a couple of times to adjust the sprinkler head times for me at no charge. If you want it done right the first time, these are your guys. Highly recommend these hard working folks!
