Tyler was quick to respond and said he should be able to fit in the small job pretty quickly. I met him at the house a couple days later - he could not have been easier to deal with , he had already provided a fair bid, he quickly got the job done and he had added some extra snow stops behind the repaired pipe to prevent future damage at no extra cost and did a quick overall roof inspection as well & provided pictures of the repairs.
