When his son graduated from chiropractic school, I was introduced to him and asked if I'd like to receive my treatment from him over the next few months, I honestly answered my preference, that being to continue seeing Dr David Linatsis (change is difficult for me). I did stipulate if Dr David had an emergency, I would be fine using Dr Brandon Linatsis instead. When Dr David announced his retirement and that he was selling the business to his son, I was very confident in rolling over to Dr Brandon. Over time, seeing obvious growth changes and the need to enlarge the current building or move to a larger location, Dr Brandon decided to implement his desire to create a holistic environment where his patients could move between other associates/doctors/specialized certified practitioners all affiliated within a group of qualified providers under one roof. My husband and I have been observers and patients during its growing pains and successes. We've been with Dr Brandon from Nashua Family Chiropractic to Blue Zone and now Lyphos, each time a seamless transition for us. There are now not only chiropractor services with 3 different doctors, but also acupuncture services, massage therapists, an LPN to provide family medical needs or referrals when necessary, and resources to bring in a therapist when required. I have had the opportunity to periodically use some of these services over the past many years. In fact, we still see Dr Brandon every other week, just to stay limber. We STRONGLY recommend Dr Brandon as a reputable chiropractor and a wonderful human being. He takes the time to listen to you (and even shares a few humorous stories), makes sure you understand the procedure being implemented,, and the possible side effects (if any). In short, Dr Brandon is both a professional chiropractor and a gentleman as well. We also STRONGLY recommend his cohorts in their desire to provide quality service, a friendly atmosphere, and a cohesive community of holistic health care professionals under one roof. When i left the constant pain in my neck was relieved not fully gone but I could function a little better the same with the pain in my back. I totally recommend this facility. I thought she was crazy. We talked a bit more and I was feeling a bit adventurous and I just felt like I could trust her so I said sure let's go for it. I could tell she knew what she was doing as I was recalling my perm days of the late 80's...I have a sensitive scalp and I had no issues with the application of the products and there was no harsh odors. I was comfortable the entire time. My hair came out so great. I received so many compliments on my hair and no one believed it was a perm because it looked so natural. The perm lasted me a good 6-7 months and then I went back to Connie again in Septemeber for my second perm. I will continue to return to her and will recommend her to everyone who asks me "who does your hair!" Thanks Connie and I'm so sorry that it has taken me so long to write this. I have over 15 years of experience dyeing and bleaching my own hair, often using a 30 volume bleach, so I'm very familiar with the process and what is normal. I've also been to multiple other salons in the past for bleaching and coloring without any issues. The stylist used a "highlighter bleach" that caused an intense stinging and burning unlike anything I've ever experienced before. She washed the bleach out with scalding hot water directly on my scalp--something I know is unsafe--and placed a towel over my face during the rinse that she wouldn't let me move. She repeatedly wiped bleach off my face with her gloved hands but made no effort to divert the bleach water away from my ears, allowing it to run into them--I could hear crackling. During this largely silent wash, she suddenly commented that hair oxidizes in the sun and recommended wearing hats. This felt like a subtle nod to an awareness of the damage she was causing, especially the hole in my hair, rather than casual advice, since we hadn't spoken otherwise. Almost every step deviated from proper technique. I have long hair from my temples up, with a brunette undercut below that I specifically asked to leave alone. Despite this, she left bleach on my undercut in uneven patches, freehanding bleach beneath the shave line. She also applied toner only to roots and missed yellow patches, and aggressively brushed and blow-dried my scalp, causing pain that lasted days. A second stylist confirmed I had a painful friction burn and an actual hole in my hair. She never fully neutralized the blue tone I started with or corrected my roots as promised. When I requested a refund, I waited days to schedule it and received no apology--only awkward silence and superficial compliments.

She told me to try a bunch of things including acupuncture. I wasn't sure about it, so I tried everything else. 2 months later, I was still in some really bad pain. My jaw hurt during the day, it would ache, pound, disappear and then comeback. I thought I was good and I'd yawn or sneeze or say something and the pain would come back. Ice, heat, pain meds, muscle relaxants, TMJ intra-oral massage, Dr's, dentists. Nothing was helping. It would have some slight relief. I decided to look up acupuncture and give it a shot. Better than an oral surgeon which was my next stop. Thank goodness I did. Laying there for the first time, not knowing what to expect, you think all sorts of things. Is this going to work? Is it going to hurt? Is it really going to help at all? Vickie was very thorough, she went through everything with me. Told me what to expect and then once all the needles were in (painless by the way) she left me there with my own thoughts. At the time you're thinking, did I just sign up for a pincushion job? ? I'd feel a little silly if I did. Let me tell you something, I could feel some pain in my jaw at the time the needles were in, very dull, but could feel something. (Not surprising as it always hurts) Even on the opposite side though, that I wasn't really having issues with. That night and the following night, I noticed some slight jaw pain. However, the next morning, sitting on my couch, my lightbulb went off. I was pain free. WHAT? I wiggled my jaw left then right, forward then back, no pain. GONE! Shocked. I couldn't believe it. Did this really just work? I'm a week in and I feel like a new person. Vickie is so nice, caring, and I swear you can feel the healing process emitting from her. She has healing hands. I just finished up my second appointment and I cannot wait to see how I feel in a few days. I just know that I'm going to feel brand new! Honestly, this might sound like a cliché but she is a miracle worker! This feels like nothing short of a miracle for me. I have lived with pain on and off. I'm still amazed and beside myself how well this worked. I know Vickie was very cautious when telling me how I'd feel or how long it would take to even feel any results, with my luck, I was thinking at least 3 or 4 visits, so I was thrilled when it felt better after my first appointment. Shocked, happy, amazed. I cannot recommend Vickie enough. Not only is she amazing but her work is speaking for itself. She is a true healer! BTW: She has a very successful, busy business so I'm sure trying to get all the information she needs AND find a time that works for the patient and her at the same time isn't an easy feat. She was anything BUT condescending. Especially, since I had to reschedule a few times and even forgot an appointment! YIKES. I'm a hot mess. (She was so great to work with through all of my issues.) You know what they say, you can't make everyone happy. Give her a chance, you'll be glad you did!

She was incredibly kind, sensitive, compassionate, encouraging, and positive.
