As I entered, she told me that she didn't know if I was gonna come at 6:30 or seven or if I'd even come and so she went ahead and took somebody else for an appointment. I told her that I've never missed an appointment and I've never been late and I made the appointment just today. She just kept saying I'm sorry I'm sorry she said she tried to make it my fault by saying I called you and you didn't pick up.
