My bf and I got our own personal room and my mom got her own. I think they recommend that you're naked but I wore a bathing suit. My bf got fully naked. I didn't realize this before but MAKE SURE YOU DRINK LOTS OF WATER BEFORE. The water was warm/hot and felt great but I almost wanted to pass out and it's because I was a bit dehydrated from the long drive. Still an amazing experience though. The massage after the springs felt even better. I almost fell asleep like 6 times. After the massage they let you dip right back in. The entire experience lasted around 2 hours. But overall an amazing experience. I wish they had a closer location!

A list of detailed instructions is sent to you before your first float. The tank water is warm, so you don't notice it as your floating; it was a bit humid feeling at first which took some taking used to but after that it was extremely relaxing floating in the tank and having time to meditate. I imagine if you haven't meditated before, it may be more difficult to enjoy the experience, so I'd recommend doing some practice meditations before.

She seemed like she had no idea what she was doing and was frantic with her technique all over the place. She used very little oil which made my back start hurting after a while. I felt bad because she was elderly and I didn't want to complain, but I would recommend not to come here if you're looking for a relaxing experience.
