Quite literally the worst massage experience I have ever had.. It's exactly how the other 1-star reviews describe it. Starting with payment up front, ending with the lady putting her hand out demanding her tip, a tip in which I absolutely did not want to give. Once in the room, it's an uncomfortable massage bed (hard), I'm given the thinnest sheet that is about the size of a beach towel at best, especially not ideal when she tells me to I flip to my back and that's when I realize she's got the door open AND yes there are people walking down the hall! As for the massage, I have had plenty of deep tissue massages, but this was beyond, the massage was all elbows and knuckles, very rough and fast, I was white knuckled the whole time, opposite of a therapeutic experience. I wanted to and should've walked out within 15 minutes if the massage. You guessed it, won't be back. read more

So this place is shady. Came in for a couples massage and Sue Sue took my husband in a room by himself. He said the lady forced him to take his underwear off....like they were trying to give him some type of "happy ending". I don't know why my husband didn't slap her and call the cops. Lol . First time trying this place out. We walked in and immediately ushered to the back. I asked if I could see a price list and she just told me I needed the one hour foot reflexology. I told her, I'm sorry I only have time for a half hour and she said that's fine. I've been to other reflexology places and they have taken their time with my feet before. This girl just rubbed my feet really hard for 20 minutes and charged me the same price as an hour. Ugh. Probably won't be back. Also, kind of weird, but they used a Minnie Mouse blanket to cover me. The lady I worked with was very nice. But the service was just weird. First, there's no full sheet to cover yourself with. Only a white small-ish bath towel. The towel wasn't really even kept on me because it was so small. So my lily white bum was exposed. During the service the woman exited the room several times to deal with customers and phone calls. On at least a couple of her exits the door was open with my bum just out there for anyone in the hall to see. As for the massage, it was the equivalent of poking and rubbing my dry skin for the first half before adding massage lotion. Again, it was just weird. Without an appointment, I showed up at 10am, (when they opened) and was immediately greeted with a smiling face who escorted me to my room. I decided to get an hour full body massage focusing more on my shoulders and neck. She was great! She started out with a deep tissue massage, and took her time with each area of my body. I have never had a massage like this before! Her hands were very strong and she knew every pressure point on my body from head to toe. She even massaged my scalp and my feet! I couldnt believe the price I paid that I tipped her a large tip, and I still feel like I got a bargain! When I was done, I exited my room and was greeted by Sue Sue, the owner. She is very kind! She handed me a water bottle and a few Asian candies! I cant wait to go back when I feel like I need some "me" time. The lady who massaged me was really great. Her technique was similar to the massage therapist I go to for my back injury treatment so I was very happy to be getting a massage that actually pinpointed my trouble spots. I had my massage here today and my experience with this place ruined it for me simply because upon check out my lady masseuse demanded for a $15 tip out of my $45 massage. She insisted that she only gets paid by the tip I give her. Also she didn't want to accept my credit and told me to get cash out from their ATM charged me $1.99 withdrawal fee. Wow! I went in for a simple foot massage because my feet and legs were so sore. I sat down in one of the large recliner chairs they have for the foot reflexology (separate from the lobby but not a private room) and I immediately felt relaxed because they're so comfortable! I got way more than I expected: Quick scalp, face, shoulder and arm massage while my feet soaked in some warm water and then she put the recliner all the way back while she did my feet and legs. I've been getting massages here for the last two years and they are consistently great. Sue Sue trains each massage therapist personally, always knows your name when you come in, and treats you like family when you're here. I have done the full body massage four times and it is great for when I'm really stressed. The foot reflexology is a great deal and they spend half an hour massaging your upper body before moving to your feet. The prices are great and the customer service is unbeatable.
