I am visiting Paris, France from the United States for a couple of weeks and all let's just say I am not used to all of this walking! We drive everywhere and everything is in a short distance of each other. Needless to say my body, more specifically, my legs have been sore! I was in the area and googled massage. The first place was asking $100 - out of budget. Massage Concept quoted me $55/ 30 minutes. It's 4 of us so I decided to give them a try. My ONLY regret was not booking an hour session. This is one of the best massages I have ever experienced in my life! The ambiance is calm and relaxing. The facility is clean. Every one was so kind. The front desk rep "Sonya" perhaps that's her name was a sweetheart. The two massage technicians my girlfriend and I had was Rakachine and Zahia were AMAZING!!!!!!!! We were so sad we couldn't book them for future appointments. So I had to leave this review. My next visit back I will definitely book them. I had Rakachine and her hands and energy are spectacular. My Boyfriend took me here for my birthday and booked a couples massage. We went over the type of massage we wanted with the workers before we began. I have an injury to my hips and lower back that I am healing which we let them know. As soon as it started my masseuse ran her hands hard all the way down my back several times I said ouch and asked to stop, she didn't until I put my arm back to physically block my lower back from being touched anymore. She then moved to my shoulders and did only my shoulders for 30 minutes. She was not even massaging me. Just rubbing her hands on me fast causing uncomfortable friction. I noticed as soon as my massage started that it was different from my boyfriend's. I was watching. His was actually massaging him and stretching him to get the reflexology. Mine had not even touched my hands while his masseuse was already to his feet and legs that's when my boyfriend checked in and noticed I was uncomfortable. We switched masseuses and I finally got a real massage and she didn't even go near my injuries. But now both our massages times were cut in half. When we finished we both understood that the skills of the other were greatly inferior. We spoke to the receptionists about our troubles hoping to notify them of this issue but it was clear they already knew. They gave an excuse of masseuses having different energy. If the energy is not being trained properly and offering people false services then that's what this business is doing. I can't believe that they know this issue and are just passing it off over and over. I'm deeply disappointed and can't consider coming back risking experiencing this all over again. read more

The establishment is easy to find and located in a central location. The front desk girls were friendly and spoke English. Both masseuses were kind, professional, and spoke English as well. The first time I booked a two-hour custom massage. When I booked the appointment my hip and lower back were in excruciating pain, hence the reason for a two-hour custom massage. Before the massage began, I explained my issues to the masseuse and stated I wanted the focus of the massage to be on my lower back and hips. As the massage progressed it was both enjoyable and relaxing. His pressure was deep (which I had requested) however his focus was not on the areas of concern. In fact, he spent the least amount of time in the areas I had specifically voiced my concern. I am not one to criticize or confront so I laid there waiting and wondering if perhaps he was going to eventually hit the spots I had mentioned. As the massage entered the last half and as I was asked to flip over, I knew my sore lower back and hips weren't going to get the rubdown I had hoped to receive. Nonetheless, the massage was enjoyable and overall my body was more relaxed. Now for the second experience: I booked a couple's massage for my husband and me to enjoy a one-hour custom massage. We both stated our areas of concern are our upper and lower back, shoulders, and neck. Once again during my massage, the areas of concern were altogether neglected. Instead of receiving a back massage I was given a leg, foot, head, arm, and hand massage. I believe out of the hour spent on the table my back was given about 5-7 minutes of massage time and not consecutively. The massage, albeit not the massage I was hoping for, was relaxing. I would have preferred deeper pressure in some areas but overall, if I had wanted that type of massage, I would have walked away happy. My husband enjoyed his massage and thought his person did a great job and focused exactly where he had specified. The masseuse, he said, had excellent pressure throughout the massage experience. read more

This is a nice, clean place down a little alley. Had a 90 minute Swedish massage for 90 Euros and they really knew how to get the knots out. They don't use the massage oil sparingly which is fine since they have showers in each massage room. The staff was super friendly and spoke some English too. This was totally worth it and I'd recommend it for a good massage. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is becuase they use towels and not sheets while you're on the massage table. read more

Overall good experience. We were late showing up for our 1 hour couple's massage because of unexpected traffic. Massage Concept called me to confirm my appointment and graciously awaited our arrival. I love going here when I'm in Paris! Vanessa at the front desk is always so sweet and helpful. Her English helps when my French fails. It's very nice, clean and great massage therapists. Nicolas is AmaZing!!! One of my favorites in the world and I wish I could take him back to LA with me ;-) For those from the states who aren't aware, Swedish massage is different here from in the states. i walked in without an appointment, looking for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. i was pleasantly surprised that they were able to accommodate me right away. Jacqueline did a solid job with the massage. her English (better than my French, though i tried) was certainly good enough for me to communicate my problem areas, pressure preference, etc. she was strong enough to maintain the deep pressure i wanted, and she spent a lot of quality time on my feet, which was welcome. i was placed downstairs in the couples massage room, which has a nice cave-like setting. there is an attached shower that i was allowed to use post-massage. i thought the price was fair for the service. next i'm in Paris and in need of a massage, i would certainly visit again, though obviously there's no guarantee that Jacqueline would be available. oh, i would be remiss if i did not mention the very friendly woman at reception, who spoke very good english. i'm sorry i cannot recall her name, but it was due to her efforts that i was able to get an appointment right away. read more

I had the Swedish massage but would go back tomorrow for the French traditional massage. And the day after that too! I was very pleased with the service and very comfortable with their pricing. Super cute and cool massage place. I did a couples massage with my best friend it was very comfortable and relaxing. I have sciatica and they were really accommodating despite the language barrier. I ran 15 minutes late and they did cut my massage time small bit but that was expected! Overall really good experience very relaxing read more
