We have been coming here, off and on, for years. Was awesome but has become such a scam. Masseuse are wonderful but the rules have become too much and make it impossible to utilize your massages if you skip a month or gain multiples. It is sad. All well, it was fun while it lasted. read more

So, tonight I finally used my massage envy gift card that I've had since Christmas 2016 and left the place with a year membership. Honestly...I don't have a single bad thing to say about this location, especially the staff. Vanessa at the front desk was fantastic; we ended up hugging before I left, lol. I had my massage with Tina, who was just as wonderful not only at her job but as a person, too. I didn't get to interact too much with any other employees but my appointment was right before close and the quick encounter I had with them was a good one. Obviously, the service is at the top of most people's list but feeling comfortable and being able to connect with staff is a big thing for me, too. 5 stars all around; very excited to get to know the staff better and for my body to feel less geriatric as time goes on. Mark is a master of his craft. I have been coming to this massage envy for 3 or 4 years now, and I look forward to my visits every month. Every single visit, I feel like I need to tell Mark how amazing he is at what he does. He listens to my pain/ soreness issues and always leaves me completely relaxed after my visits. I have actually fallen asleep more times than I'd like to admit. The one time per month that I can use as 'me' time and its worth any amount of money I'd need to spend for it. I went to Massage envy and had a microdermabrasion Infusion facial done by the technician Danni. She was so friendly and informative. She walked me through the procedure and left my skin feeling so soft. I could tell Danni really knew what she was doing! Came for a facial with the introductory offer and had excellent service provided by Candace. I will definitely be back. Candace really took her time to study my skin and explain the different types of facials offered. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The waiting area is relaxing and the chairs are very comfortable. I don't live near a Massage Envy location full time so the monthly membership program does not work for me, but the prices seem very reasonable. read more

Tony is the best massage therapist I have ever had. I was nervous at first to have a male therapist since I am a younger aged girl, but he is a top professional!I have been trying out different places trying to find someone who would listen to me and make me feel comfortable, and I now finally found someone I can trust. After getting into an accident about seven months ago, I still suffer from PTSD and have a lot of concussion symptoms. I am very nervous about people touching my neck and head because you never know if someone can hit you the wrong way by accident and get hurt again unintentionally. Tony assured me that he has worked with soldiers combatting PTSD in the past, as well as many other people who have sensitivities.
