I love Massage Envy, I've been to a lot of them and this is my favorite. Generally when I want to get a massage, all I really want is... THE MASSAGE. Somebody working on my muscles getting all the kinks out. An hour of peace and quiet- some me time. For me, Massage Envy fits the bill. Massage Envy has the exact atmosphere I need. The waiting area is clean and relaxing, especially the one inside the hallway that has lights dimmed, comfy chairs, . In the minutes before I get a massage it is a nice little haven to prepare my brain for quiet-time. Massage Envy also has a ton of skilled therapists at every location I've been to. . Most of the time they also ask follow up questions, like what specific kind of massage you want (Swedish? Deep Tissue?) and/or what kind of pressure you prefer to match you with the perfect therapist. I certainly have my favorites at this location (Susan is awesome and works Saturdays, yay!, and I also like Jamice and Lisa ) but when I can't get one of my faves the receptionists do a great job of picking one that suits my needs. When I made an appointment yesterday they had set me up with one therapists and when I got there it was a different name listed. When I inquired, the receptionist told me that based on the other therapists I'd seen, she felt the new one fit me better- and she was right! Speaking of the receptionists, one thing I really like about Massage Envy is that the receptionist area is different from the therapist area. The therapists only pick you up and drop you off. This way they aren't hanging around when you get your tip ready. Also, it allows you to give honest feedback about your therapist if you feel the need to. Another thing I love about the location is the great range of hours. I have gotten massages at 9 am on a Sunday (at my old location in Orlando, not sure about this one...) as well as and 9 pm on a weekday. Typically when I set up my appointments they are day-of (I called yesterday around 2:30pm for an appointment in the evening) .You should book in advance as they are a busy location. Finally, the most important- cost! Massages are cheaper at ME than anywhere else I have ever gotten a massage. Like I mentioned before, I don't NEED anything more than what ME provides- a clean, relaxing atmosphere and a great massage. I have had a membership with ME for a year and you really can't beat the price! When you are having an especially tough week, upgrading to the hour and a half is an option and it is still affordable. Plus- the locations are convenient and nationwide. (PS - they accept FSA and HSA for payments!) I really do love ME and will continue to go there for my massage needs for as long as a location is convenient. Do they try to talk to you about the membership? Yes. But it is worth it for the price) I think the membership IS a great deal and a reasonable cost, and is great for your mental and physical health. I have been a loyal Massage Envy member since April 2016, consistently paying my monthly membership fee of $85. Over the past two years, I have encountered persistent issues with service availability, including frequent appointment cancellations due to lack of staff and extended wait times to get new appointments, leading to multiple unused sessions and a highly frustrating experience. I have made multiple requests for a credit for all unused sessions, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from management. The staff at the store have also been unable or unwilling to provide the credit I've requested, making it even more difficult to resolve the issue. I have also reached out multiple times via email to both managers and corporate representatives, but regrettably, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution. This lack of communication and ongoing service issues have made it clear that my concerns are not being taken seriously. I strongly encourage others considering Massage Envy to be aware of these challenges before committing to a membership. I hope that Massage Envy will take these concerns seriously and work to improve their service standards for all members. read more

First off id like to say how hard i am to please. Its hard to make me happy. I got a gift card and expected an average massage. The name massage envy is a little corny but i figured id give it a try. I was very pleasantly surprised by the layout and upscale feel of the store. I didn't expect that in a shopping strip. I was greeted by name at the front door. Very nice. The place smelled great and the reception area was clean and inviting. The receptionist was very friendly and attentive. She asked me if i wanted some hot tea and was surprised to find that they had quiet a selection of herbal teas. After my introduction i was taken to a quiet room where i finished my tea and waited for my therapist. The zen music set the mood. My therapist susan was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She was very experienced and was a supremely good therapist. I felt amazing when she finished. They did speak to me about the membership and it did seem like a great deal so i did join. After helping my brother move the entire contents of his house from west hampton to rocky point this week my back was in bad shape.I did a quick google search and found massage envy. The appointment was easy to make and i was able to get in later on in the afternoon. When i got there the front staff was super friendly and outgoing. thanks dana. I did have to fill out some paper work but they did use that to help focus the extra attention on my lower back. My therapist Cori was really experienced and put me at ease. She really focused a lot of attention on my sore lower back. Cori also gave me lots of great take home advice that i can use to help me from hurting my back again. I really felt great when she was done. Dana at the front desk did go over the membership program that they have. She was not pushy at all and it is worth the $ but i live too far away to come in every month. If i lived closer i would definitely join. Overall place was spotless including the treatment room. The front staff was very accommodating and the therapist was superb. Great experience. Definitely recommend. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Management and staff at this location are terrible. They treat their customers and employees like garbage. Apparently, they're not in touch with the Black Lives Matter Movement this place is the epitome of discrimination. After working here I have witnessed these actions from the OWNER himself and his minions. Customers are deceived into thinking they cannot cancel their contract once their term is over, when in fact that is not the case. Be wary of this location they do not work ethically. read more

I love this location. The staff is so friendly. I have seen several therapists and have never been unhappy. The only time I had trouble getting an appointment was when I called looking for a same or next day appointment around the holidays. Rocky Point didn't have anything available but referred me to the Port Jefferson Station location and I was able to get an appointment the same day. I had no idea that location existed, so I really appreciated the referral. This location is clean and convenient and it is a great Massage. read more

I have been a member at this location for over a year now. The staff is very professional, Im always greeted by name when I walk through the door and offered water or tea before my session! and on top of that my therapist is excellent... She is able to customize my massage to the needs that I have for that day.. sometimes I just want to relax, and other I need some work done!!! There's nothing quite like a clean, quiet massage venue. The rooms are always pristinely kept, and dark enough to relax and not feel too self-conscious. The massage therapists are all kind and friendly, and they seem to understand when you want to talk or if you don't. The estheticians are knowledgeable and the products are gentle on your skin. The massage lotion they use isn't greasy at all, and you can even get it with added aromatherapy. It's a great way to relax, and even the desk staff are friendly. read more

When I came to get a massage here it was soo good and relaxing, plus I went with someone and we were able to do the couples massage and be in the same room, which was nice so we could get done at the same time and wouldn't have to wait for each other. Plus they gave us some refreshing water that cooled us down and just set the tone to finish off. Great place, would definitely recommend. read more

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The masseurs are excellent at what they do. If u advise them of a certain problem they will work on that area to help u feel more comfortable.
