The small house, set up slightly off the street, seems unassuming, along with the miniature waiting room as you enter. I did not know what to expect on my first visit here, but Yelp reviews were fabulous and I have never been led astray by them. So I waited hopefully for my appointment with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. Massage Lake Charles does not usually book couple's massages, but they made arrangements at my request, and even found staff to accommodate us when there were no available appointments for the time-frame I would be there. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, and thankfully, the paperwork was not too daunting. Our room was dark, but peaceful. The light music and the calm demeanor of our masseuses put us at ease. They were very professional and thorough. They listened to our complaints and provided us with fabulous massages. I have not felt that rested, ever (even though I have had massages before). It was a perfect getaway. My husband's very first massage was perfect for him. He mentioned how he did not know that a woman's hands could be so strong. He was impressed with how well Missy helped his tense back. I had the pleasure of being worked on by someone who helped fill in at the last minute. His name was Patrick. He was excellent! I plan on returning again to my next visit to Lake Charles, and I would recommend Massage Lake Charles to anyone who needs some time away to relax. Also, there prices were very fair. I had a prenatal massage with Madisyn and it truly was one of the best massages I have had. I have had multiple massages throughout the years as I was a high level athlete for a while in weightlifting and she definitely topped a lot of those! HIGHLY recommend! Dina does an amazing job so would never consider anywhere else, she is five star, but the app is very confusing. Lists all times for 1 hr appt open , but in 30 min intervals. Then it's explained the therapists break time isn't factored in to the app/book online. Had openings that were booked also shown open. I just moved here from out of state and started my mission of finding a new therapist at Lake Charles massage. Very glad I did. Dustin was phenomenal. I have chronic pain from a car wreck and finding someone good to work with can been challenging. Did the myofascial release with cupping and had instant relief by the time my session was over. With my injuries I will never be fully fixed, but being able to function is important and Dustin definitely helped me, especially after a very long trip in the car. read more

I have been going to Machelle now for eight months. I am blown away by her expertise and care. She has truly developed an ongoing relationship with me. She knows exactly which trigger points on my back are persistent, and is extremely thorough in the consult on each visit.
