Several disappointing visits. Made an appoointment for father in law and arrived on time only to be told she would not have time today due to walkins - maybe wait around. We had made an appointment! What gives. So, she made an appointment for next afternoon and still had to wait while others were taken ahead of him. We noted they didn't take down names so it was up to her memory we supposed. When she asked rudely if we had an appointment we said yes ., she rolled her eyes started talking in her language and said get in the chair ,. After her rudeness and dismissive ness and looking annoyed we left ,. Have been to these type of places for years, this one- DISAPPOINTMENT!! Place was clean and well kept, people were all friendly. Two parts to this: The dislikes! Kept trying to be upsold to, I get once- I don't 3 times. A demand for "tips" I quote- sir,sir, you did not put tip down, you need to put tip. (Paid on credit card) I stated I planned to but cash as is my custom. While getting a massage- kept hearing a program- unpleasant. Did a combination, left leg good massage and good time on it, right leg.. almost non existent. The positives! Massage Oasis at The Port Charlotte Town Center Mall is a great Asian massage salon. My husband and I went there for a long deserved foot massage on a Saturday morning. For our surprise there were 2 friendly massage therapists available right away.We did not have to wait at all! The place was clean and smelled pleasant.We got two comfortable side by side lounge chairs. The massage felt wonderful. The masseuses where kind and polite. My aching,boney feet feel much better after that super nice massage. It was definitely a treat! We will be back soon:) read more

Get past the fact that it's in a mall next to the children's playground, and you'll find this place is great! Very reasonable prices, clean working space, and open availability. They were hospitable and the masseuses were accommodating and friendly. David worked with me and he made me feel very comfortable. I left very relaxed and feeling so much better. There are no private rooms and space is a little tight, but if curtains don't bother you, you will enjoy your massage here. Also you can get a free massage for every 9 you buy, as they give you a punch card on your first visit. I'll come back for sure! read more

I was very skeptical of doing a massage in the mall. Yesterday I went to a salon and had a massage that was just not very good...today I came to the mall to try this place out. OMG! Wonderful! I did a half an hour table massage -Head neck shoulders legs and arms and then in additional 10 minutes of a chair massage for shoulder and neck. No one has been able to work out my kinks like this lady. It hurt, she has strong hands, but the pain was necessary. I also liked several of her techniques. I wish we lived here so we could come back weekly! My fiancé got the 30 minute foot massage and he loved it, send it was worth every dollar! I was having some "post holiday" neck and shoulder issues and happened by this business just outside of Bealls in the Mall. They have all kinds of different massage options and I chose a 10 minute chair massage (due to limited time). Sunny was my masseuse; she knew exactly what I needed and where. Great deep massage, I could feel and hear the knots breaking up. I have a high pain tolerance; if you don't I suspect you will have to let them know--but I appreciate the deep massage to get best results. I will definitely go back as needed. read more

Bought almost $100 worth of time for my wife as a Christmas gift last year 2014 took over a year to redeem the time. Every visit my wife made was a huge hassle redeeming the different services. Most visits she was told come back 30 minutes or more she would return and be told come back again 30 minutes. She estimated a 25% service level. Meaning 1 out 4 visits resulted in a service. They would always take walk ups always before her. When she was serviced it was rushed and she felt incomplete. Better give a second thought on those gift certificates IMO read more
