Last time I visited I was given a free hair treatment as there were roads works just outside the front door and they were aware of the noise disturbing their clients. All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly. I have been three times now and received excellent service each time and its great value. I have recently been ill and was/am suffering hair loss - Michelle was so supportive and caring when I made the difficult decision to cut my long hair off after years of having it. She gave me a fantastic cut and great advice as to how to look after my hair and style it in its new style. She also gave me some free samples to try of hair products. Never had a pedicure before but now I'm wondering why I left it so long! The massage chairs were blissfully relaxing, and the staff were very attentive, quick and friendly. The store was quite busy and had a cheerful, relaxed vibe. We didn't have appointments but only had to wait 10-15 minutes before getting seated and started. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.
