Excellent music for a soothing massage. i loved the fact that stress relief candles had been lit because they aided in my de-stressing from the day. Carmen was very professional. She had me fill out a sheet about my health and levels of stress. I have been to quite a few different spa's for a massage, and I have never had this done. That was definitely a plus for her. Before the massage she asked if there were any areas that I wanted to work on, and during the massage she made sure that the amount of pressure was good. At the end of the massage Carmen greeted me outside of the room with a bottle of water, and a pouch with some Doterra essential oils and a travel pack of the Bath and Body Works Stress Relief hand sanitizer. Another plus for her! Excellent customer service gets me every time! Overall, I had an excellent experience at Epiphany, and I will definitely go back...March 2nd to be exact. :-)
