It is always difficult to find time for exercise while you're traveling, but what a relief taking the Yin yoga class taught by GSHA owner Bonnie Shaw. This class was just what I needed after traveling in an airplane and sleeping on an air mattress. Bonnie leads you through the poses giving you options for different levels in an inviting beautiful studio. It is in a wonderfully restored Mc Comb home, one of many in this small, history rich town. And to add to the experience, Bonnie is a Reiki master, something I did not expect to find in Mc Comb. As you are going through the poses, Bonnie gives you individual attention with her healing hands. If you have never experienced Reiki, let me tell you, feeling is believing! Treat yourself! Guaranteed you will feel better leaving than when you went in and with continued practice, it only gets better! Thanks GSHA and Bonnie.
