I am reporting this place Massage Zone located in Katy TX (Mason Rd). To the Better Business Bureau as poor and abusive service as My husband and I received Reflexoloy services and while I was getting my back massaged the male masseuse Mike left many bruises on my back. I asked several times to be easier but He Mike did not get softer only harder. I went back to Message Zone a day later to show the Manager pictures of my Bruises on my back I received from their masseuse and they kept saying they spoke very little English and I asked to speak the the manager and they gave me a phone number which I called whom also said they could not speak very good English. Thus denied me any help on the matter. I will be reporting Massage Zone in Katy location 829 S. Mason Rd. Never even got the massage. I called to confirm the price I saw advertised. They said yes that was correct. After I arrived they said it was 10 dollars more. I said ok thank you went to leave they said ok they would honor it. Then I see they wanted to set up for a combo service that is cheaper but not what was advertised. Again I said ok no thank you and went to leave. Again ok ok ok we will do what we advertised. I just said no thank you and left. 2 stars the place seems very clean. No doors on the rooms they have curtains I think it weird but for everyones safety I get it. read more

Now this place is nice. Dark, quiet. They aren't talking to each other while massaging you like other places. Actually knew reflexology and rhe pressure points! Just had to ask to lower the recline but other than that this place is great! Not to mention summer deal of 20.00 can't be beat! read more

A friend goes here and gets a 4-hands massage. He likes to have two masseuse's work on him at the same time for 90 minutes to 120 minutes usually. I trust his recommendations, so I went. I had a major pain in my back, woke up that way, then made it worse when I picked up a 36 bottle pack of water at the big box store. It is not fancy. I arrived around 5;30 PM so it was still daylight out. There were no overhead lights on, and the reception area seemed like I might regret the recommendation. The lady approached me (later found out her name was Michelle, and she was my masseuse) and asked if she could help me. I said I needed a massage and she looked over my shoulder and said 'just you?' and again I was worried that perhaps this was one of those illegal 'happy-ending' places. I said yes. She quoted me a price for 60 minutes; I said I wanted the 90 minute deal, and with hot stones. She said ok, pay now. Again, seemed weird and awkward. I would have preferred to put the tip on my credit card when I paid after the massage. If she was good, she gets a better tip; if she wasn't good, she gets less of a tip. I paid with my card, and luckily I had enough cash to tip appropriately at the end. I went into the room and was directed to get undressed and cover my back with the towel. The room had curtains over the doorway, no actual door. I guess to make sure there is no illegal business. In the future, I would request a different room because I didn't like hearing the front door every time it opened and every client being greeted, and knowing that they were walking past my doorway and what if the curtain moved and they saw me?.?.. The room has two beds, so I presume it was for couples. Felt like a waste to put me in such a big room. There was a lamp so the lighting was nice. The music was playing in another area, but it was relaxing and I could hear it fine. No aromatherapy offered, and not even the smell of it in the space. I prefer aromatherapy. There was a hook on the wall with a hanger for clothes, but I was in a t-shirt and denim shorts, so I put m clothes on the other massage table since there was not a table or bench or any place to put your items (purse, keys, jewelry, etc.). It would be nice if they had such a table or bench, especially if you need to sit down to put your shoes on. Michelle asked if I prefer medium or deep, and she went to work. My hurt spot presented some complications, but she worked diligently on me, and I did feel much better when I left. She climbed up on top of the table, and used her knees, but asked if it was okay prior to doing so. As another rating mentioned they do use paper towels on the face rest area of the table, but I didn't really see anything wrong with that. After dressing, I returned to the reception area, and I was given a small bottle of water, thanked for my business, and told 'see you next time.' I do not live in the area, but if I'm ever in the area again and need a massage, I would consider this place. I like that the hot stones are included for free. I did not know this until I picked up a business card on my way out. The business card also mentions Special Feature Far-Infrared Tourmaline Stone Sauna Room. I wish I'd have known about that in advance, I might have wanted to check it out. The card also states: Foot reflexology Body Massage w free hot stone Special Combination Free Sauna & Shower I did not know about the free sauna & shower either, or I would have taken advantage of that as well. I only gave four stars because it is not a luxury spa. For the type of facility it is, four stars is a good rating. read more

It's not the best place I've been and it's not the worst. Massage was good but the building was very warm. The price is good.

This place is disgusting. They use paper towels on the headrests of the massage table. It is beyond clear that of the seven Asian women running around this place, only one of them is actually licensed. The receptionist started giving me my "reflexology" then stopped, leaving me sitting in the room alone until the licensed woman could come to finish me up. The reflexology was a head rub (horrible) an arm and hand rub (still horrible) then the feet (they know nothing of pressure points) and then they want to finish it off with a back rub. I stopped them because it was so bad and told them that I had to leave. It was painful, not clean, not relaxing, will never return or recommend this place. The rooms are not private, it smells terrible, it was just awful. If the city went in there at any given time I'm sure they would shut it down. read more

I have been going to this place for a couple of years and it has had its ups and downs but recently it was taken over by new management and has all new masseuse. I visited this week and had a masseuse name Lily. She was very professional and polite and probably one of the best massages I've ever had. For a couple of years I've had a problem with a rotator cup and she resolved the problem better than the therapist I was seeing, And may I add at a fraction of the cost. This is by far one of the best places to get a massage, very relaxing. Would suggest that the attendant turn off her phone as it sure is a distraction to what is suppose to be a relaxing time. As to the massage, I have been there about 7 times in the last year, find it clean, honest. read more

The pricing is out of this world amazing! Just paid $100 for an hour long couples full body massage. They focus on the areas you ask them to ot the areas that they can feel need attention. The temperature is just right. They also use pressure when doing the massage and they don't act like you're fragile unless you ask them to go softer. They give you water afterwards and they also have comfy beds for the massages. The employees are very sweet. I've been going to this place for three years. All of their prices are great. I highly recommend them for a great massage at a good price, unless you happen to have money to blow on an expensive one that had the same experience. My only issue is that their toilet doesn't always flush and it needs to be fixed. read more
