I called again and someone answered and said that the person who does massages will have to contact me directly to book the appointment. They took my phone number yet is has been one week and the massage therapist never called me. I'm trying to get a refund from Groupon. You can't make this crap up! I am appalled that a place of business would do this. It would almost make more sense if it was deliberately a scam. That way at least someone would have put some thought into it. All I had done was my hands and feet- the same as I had during my facial & left during legs because I know have scratch marks all over my inner thighs that I'm going to go home & pour peroxide on to make sure I don't get an infection.
