It is about a 10 minute easy walk from the center square, though this area does not have the historical charm of the center part of town. However, I really enjoyed my stay and think it is a great little inn! The rooms seemed to be brand new. The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless. I liked having a kitchenette, a microwave, fridge, a table to have some wine and cheese, well-functioning air conditioning, big clean bathroom. The person at the desk, who may be the owner, was charming and nice. I don't speak Italian but we found a way to communicate just fine! There is a well-stocked cheap grocery store 2 blocks over, with great cheeses, meats, and wines. Plenty on-street parking. I did not like the tiny shower, but that seemed to be the norm in parts of Italy. I also wish they had clothes iron - I had to steam my clothes in the shower. But whatever - for the low price ($) it was a great option and I loved staying there. Would stay again if my travels brought me back to Nardo, no question.

The staff are super friendly & speak English quite well. Much better than my Italian. The rooms are a little dated but they are slowly modernizing them. The bed was a little stiff but was quite large. Perfect for sharing or sprawling out. The patio at the back of the room is nice & screened in to ward off any insects. The bathroom is quite large with a full size tub. The shower is built into the corner. Unfortunately, you must stand directly beneath it to avoid spraying the whole bathroom. There are fortunately plenty of towels to dry up any stray water. The toilet is quite large & at a decent height for the taller individuals. Next to the toilet is the bidet. For those who are not familiar with the bidet it is only for washing only. But fear not there is also toilet paper for those who are not familiar with the bidets.

The rooms are updated the bed hard and lumpy. We had a balcony overlooking the Adriatic which was nice and the only reason we stayed. Serviceable accommodation if nothing else available. Eat elsewhere if possible. Would I stay here again? Sure. Would I stay elsewhere? Probably.

Our luggages has been transfer to our room already. The price was through our tour company so I have no idea how much they paid. The lobby was very modern. Our room was so spacious . It was clean and didn't smell smoke. There was one bottle of water , electric water kettle available. Instant coffee , teas and sugar were present. The proximity to the main square stores, Restaurants shops was easily accessible. Walking distant 10-15 minutes only very nice location. Overall, we are very pleased at this time.

The rooms are very high tech. Your badge will be needed to access the lights and air conditioning. The bathrooms are very European with two"toilets". The TV is imbedded into a large mirror making use of the space for both. The bed is large and very comfortable. The pillows a super soft great if you like sleeping on nothing but you can double it up for one really good sturdy pillow. The restaurant in the lobby is great if you want to stay in but have some fine dining.
