They arrived on time and their work was reliable. That's really all you need from appliance repair. However, Tom was honest with me each time and I never felt taken advantage of. That's what makes all the difference and what separates them from the competition and from previous bad experiences with appliance repair companies. Prices are fair. Also, each time I was shown exactly what the problem was, sometimes going out of the way to help me see and understand the problem. I really value this. He also communicated if parts needed to be ordered and how long that would take giving me updates by phone if it took more than a couple of days. My experiences with Apple Appliance have been stellar. I'd recommend them without reservation.
