The men that came out to look at it were the same men who installed it! It took well over a year arguing with them to fix my floor. They claimed I needed a new subfloor and were going to charge me over $5000 to put one it and redo my floor! What a joke! I didn't even need a new subfloor, it was an installation issue. They did give me replacement flooring and made us sign a paper saying we were done with them. We had a friend redo it and its great now. I'll never go back to them!

I'm torn by this review because the installation of the product was professional and it turned out beautifully. It did take quite awhile for them to come to install, but that was understandable due to the high volume of need in my area. The problem I have with the business is that I sent several remnants of carpet with them to have rugs made for my home, and it has been 8 months and I have not gotten the rugs. I have made several calls to the business and was assured that progress was being made. The business has never contacted me in the 8 months. I even left a message asking them just to let me know if the remnants had been lost and there was no reply. The carpet was very expensive and had I known this would be the situation I would have gone with the company I originally purchased the carpet from. This is unfortunate as I really enjoyed working with Matt and his crew.

Same with all of the staff, all the staff is supplied by 3rd party companies so if they mess up you can sue Mercy. There is no accountability for patient safty issues. They brush everything under the rug and ignore serious issues. If you complain, they blame the patients for having a bad attitude. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Its filthy, no one cleans anything unless they have to. There were blood splatters in the room, and 1 week later, i came to visit a diffrent person and the blood splatter was still there. The ED patient admitting/Front desk are rude, and talk in spanish to one another, but they are talking shit about all the patients, they didn't know that I am fluent in Spanish. Everything about this place is Bad.
