Communication was inconsistent, deadlines were repeatedly missed without explanation, and the quality of the work fell far below what any customer should reasonably expect. Several tasks had to be redone--some by another professional--because they were either incomplete or performed incorrectly. What bothered me most was the lack of accountability. Instead of addressing issues directly, the handyman deflected blame and showed little interest in correcting the problems. The project ended up costing me more time, money, and stress than if I had hired someone else from the beginning. I strongly recommend that future customers look elsewhere. There are plenty of skilled, reliable professionals out there who value their clients' time and treat their work seriously. This was not one of them.
