The place is clean and welcoming. The staff are very nice. Though I'll never again accept to have my hair done by other than Shokhan known by Sho now. Her skill is amazing. You can tell by the way she holds her brush. As for dying my hair, she immediatly new what colour I should go for. My recent visit to the salon was last week when I had my hairlight done. It was amazingly beautiful! She has a magic touch! I believe she's an asset wherever she works.

I have also taken my boys in for haircut with Sierra and Ginny who were also fabulous. They both did a great job with the cuts and even talked to them about how to properly wash their hair. Despite that, she still scheduled an appointment with me at 6pm and stayed past closing to finish the job. It was a job well done and I love it. Not only did she do a great job but she also explained every step she took and why she was doing them. I learned so much. She educated me on how to make my hair treatment last the longest. I also appreciated her asking me what my budget was and gave me an idea of what the cost would be ahead of time so that it wasn't a big surprise at the end. Everyone was just super friendly. It was definitely a big splurge for me and it isn't cheap but it's also the experience in addition to the salon quality that you pay for.
