I was told by a couple European car shops that they would have to start by putting in a new transmission and go from there. Thank God none of them wanted to work on it!!! Indrive did thier own diagnostics ( they could have just charged me for a new tranny right off the bat, as I told them that's what it needed) which would have been a huge chunk of change for thier shop. But after trouble shooting, the repairs actually needed were thousands less!!! In these days when everyone is struggling with insane inflation, I fully expected to be raked over the coals but I most certainly was not!!! This garage and everyone working within it is AMAZING!!! When the Chrysler dealership told me I needed a full brake job during the pandemic, Marshalls pointed to the tiny bit of rust (from sitting) but then pointed out the ton of pad left. I got 2 more years out of those brakes, and Marshall's charged $0 for the inspection. They have driven me home/picked me up many times. to the person's review of driver calling in sick - what can you do about that? small family business! You do have to wait for appointments at times, but that is because they are good, honest and fair. If you don't need work, they will tell you. These guys, you can trust.

BUYER BEWARE!! MOHAMED BUTCHERED MY BMW!! I dealt with the…read moreowner directly and he agreed to replace the oil filter housing on my beautiful 2018 BMW 330i. He completely butchered all the sensor wires because he messed up and clearly didn't know what he was doing. He ran the wiring harness in the wrong direction and had to add wire in and caused misfiring in my engine and all kinds of different sensor error codes. He zip tied the wires to anything he could. Because of his lack of knowledge and professionalism the re-wiring he completed shorted one of my modules. I took my car to Georgian BMW right after and they confirmed they did a botch job with photo evidence. They wrote everything JB Tire Tec did in detail in the invoice. This cost me over $3300 to fix. He is not responding to any of our text messages. We can see the read receipts and he is completely ignoring us and not taking any responsibility. Shame on him! Do not ever do business with this man. He will ruin your vehicle and cost you thousands of dollars. Look at the photos the dealership sent me. Its absolutely gut wrenching to see this kind of work done to your BMW.
