For the last few years, I have been trying different DYI ways to clean the grout on my bathroom, as well as the tiles throughout the whole house. I doubt there was a product on the store shelves that I didn't try. Plus, cleaning and sealing the whole house was painful on the back and knees. My husband and I decided we needed professional help. After a couple of vendor estimates, we found Grout Like New to be reasonable and was able to schedule the service the following week. My husband hired Charlie on the spot and I am so glad he did. Charlie and Elijah cleaned my whole house in 2 days. They moved the furniture, took off the rugs, and moved them all back when dry. Mike came out to the house to give us a free estimate, and I felt the price was very fair for the fact that there was going to be two people down on their hands and knees over 1700 ft.². Deja and Ibrahim arrived right on time, even a little early. They were great in communicating throughout the day how long it would take to get the job done. I will say it was probably a little easier for them because I did not have to move furniture as we just purchased this house. But the level of professionalism and the results are exceeded our expectations. They even left behind some material in case we needed to touch up areas after we got our new washer and dryer. The pictures speak for themselves, and the level of professionalism was outstanding.

He sent a crew here to spot patch it. It literally looked hideous with new spots where he patched vs. a totally worn down product on the rest of the driveway. I told him that he needed re-do the whole drive way. He refused. He said he would re-do the driveway but not the walkway, but only if I paid half. We already paid $6300 originally. I wasn't about to pay him again. So he doesn't stand behind his lifetime warranty which is a joke. This didn't even last a full 4 years. Stay away from this company!!
