Mr. Hart's work ethic is very poor, ie, arriving on the job mid-morning, leaving for an extended lunch to attend to personal issues and then returning to the job site to end the work day after less than an hour. He was hired to enclose a portion of the kitchen into a laundry room, but the job was well above his abilities. The water from the washer initially backed up into the kitchen sink and dishwasher and then after he supposedly "fixed the problem", the water dumped onto the floor, unable to drain at all. A plumbing service had to be brought in and paid to rip out what he had done and replace the drain lines so the washer would drain appropriately. It is my hopes that there is no issues with the electrical since he tied in the dryer's new 220 outlet into the breaker box. Mr. Hart was terminated after he was delinquent in his completion of the 3 home projects within the agreed upon time and supplies had been paid for and sitting at the site for over 3 months. read more
