To his credit, Mike and crew did a great job with the installation. The yard looked great. Mike promised he would come back to tweak any problems that came up. However, after that, Mike flaked out and was completely unreliable. We rarely can get him to respond to a text or phone call, much less come out to the house to do any promised work on the yard, repairs to the sprinkler system, or lawn maintenance. And now it is nearly May and we're still waiting for the March lawn treatment he said he would do when we tracked him down in February. We really like Mike and want him to succeed in his business, but are completely disappointed that he can't follow through on any promises in order to actually finish the job or make good on his intentions. Wish we could recommend him highly, but can't.
