These guys are self proclaimed masters, no customer would ever award them the title of Master. No one responds to phone calls, no one has ever shown up with a note pad to make sure the don't forget what I am asking for. It's hard to tell if the owner is a landscaper or a used car salesmen. He lies again and again takes no responsibility for mistakes that occur. Every week it seems I have an entire new crew of guys cutting my yard, the turn over seems to never end. Regret the day I called this company. Horrible customer service, impossible to reach by phone or email. The easiest way to get in touch is to go to the library(bar not books) he is there typically blacked out everyday after 4 in company apparel. The quality in their maintenance crews don't exist I couldn't take the embarrassment any more and pulled the plug on them.
