Additionally, he customized the door per my specifications to accommodate my enormous Mastiff with an X-Large dog door. He maintained the pristine condition of the door before, during, and after installation. Even during demolition of the previous door, James worked methodically to preserve the interior finish framing and reuse it with the new door. It looks perfect. He also explained how he would approach each step of the job in detail and answered my additional questions as the job proceeded. In terms of the actual job, he removed a sizeable cottonwood tree (about 150 ft. tall / 12 years old) located about 15 feet from the back of the house. Not once was I concerned about the house being damaged (you'll see why once you see him and the guys in action). They also removed the remaining stump, trimmed a separate tree (which turned out beautifully), and chipped/hauled away all the remaining debris. Also impressive is the fact that they didn't damage the yard (or anything else) despite using some heavy equipment. Again, this is partly due to safe cutting / roping techniques (and not dropping large sections of the trunk into the yard, instead lowering each section down one at a time). Overall, 5/5 service without a doubt. Highly recommend and will use again.
