I was pressured to stay 90 days so they wouldn't have to replace me -- my concerns didn't matter, only their convenience did. Pay information and anything tied to my Max Credit Union account was handled in a shady, unclear way. Getting straight answers was like pulling teeth. If you read the other Google reviews, this behavior is obviously a pattern. There was also inappropriate communication involving my fiancé, which was completely out of line. I won't spell it out -- they know exactly what I'm talking about. I'm asking about my check privately instead of exposing everything publicly, which is far more courtesy than this company deserves. Today I got my check & Instead of getting the correct rate of pay which is $20/hourly, he had lowered my Rate of pay to minimum wage and cut half my hours. Do yourself a favor and stay away & save the hassle of having to hire an attorney.

My experience with temporary agencies, up to this point had not went well. Although at the moment I wasn't having any full time positions presented in the field I was looking for. So I decided to give them a try. I had never heard of Extra Help,but when they called me for an interview the following week, I got excited! My interview was a pleasant experience. Everyone at Extra Help, Inc. were professional, friendly, welcoming, and all personnel had a very positive attitude. The following week I was ask could I interview for this company for an office position I got very excited to hear that because this position was exactly what I was looking for. I was told this was a temporary position but could work into a full-time position and I was willing to give it a chance. I'm so glad I did not rule out Extra Help,for a tool to help me find this office position.I am so appreciative to everyone there that was a part of helping me land my professional job.
