Additionally, you can actually sit down here and get a barista coffee and deliciously looking cakes. The products in the store are not usual domestic household stuff. The buying agent of that store has an eye for the exceptional. You find all that you might need for a household: Boxes, sheets, cups... But any of those are very particular and special. Let me give you an example and talk about the cups. They are very simple, white with one word written into it. Everybody knows those way too colourful cups with stupid sentences on them... That's not what you find here. The white cups are made of porcelain and the one word on it is enough to say a lot... You find "princess" and other normal words, but also very particular ones like like #fml or slut and slave. (Just look at the pictures, others did - when I got there, taking pictures inside was forbidden). The blankets are made out of wool and done really well - the ones that mothers pass on to their children and to last at least a lifetime. Well, they should, as everything in this store is quite pricy - but also valuable and seems to be worth the money. If you want to just enjoy to look at the beautiful things, why don't you just grab a barista coffee and sit down on one of the big wooden tables in the middle of the store. I love stores that are a bit inconvenient and combine a coffee shop with the store - and they did it really well. There's even a table at the entrance so you can look at the street. The inconvenience about the combination is the smell of the things in the store. Well it is not bad like the ones in the stores that sell really cheap stuff, thankfully, because if it's that bad I usually don't even enter. No, this store smells nice, just don't expect an overwhelming coffee scent like usual in a 100%-coffee-store. All in all, I wished I had such a store in my neighbourhood. I would never have to worry getting a really nice birthday present ever again.

We found this cute perosnal T-shirt shop in Maastricht. I was attractived by the clean look of the…read moreshop. ( I love basic style with good quality !) All of thier T-shirts are made here in the shop with good fabric. All of their collections are basic, clean and easy to wear. We picked up one simple man's T-shirt for 55 euro, the touch and feel of the T-shirt is nice, and does not feel like something that H&M offers for 19.99 euro. The owner of the shop is actually from Germany, and followed her passion of Design to this cute small town of Masstricht. She's really friendly, and was willing to help to find our best fit of the T-shirt. She didn't try to oversell us of her collections if it doesn't fit well on us, which I apprecited deeply. The price is not cheap, but worth every penny of it. All the clothes are handmade with love here in this adorable shop.

The design is very simple, super nice colors and special fit round it up. I tried several dresses and got tips from the designering herself, what an honour :) The price performance was very good as I paid 88 € for a wonderful dress with 95% organic cotton, made in Maastricht. I absolutely recommend this shop to any of you. It provides high quality with great fast to more than fair prices!! Happy to go there again :))

Pretentious and rude! I had a "Pretty Woman" experience in this boutique a couple of weeks ago when…read moremy young daughter and I entered the store and were told that what we were admiring was "very expensive" and please do not touch it. So much for the gitana style! She is still judging people' s pockets by their appearance. Another hypocrite snob who thinks they are Prada. Maastricht yes, Amarna NO!
